Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. They include limitations on the liability of Global Mice Organisation Limited (GMOLx) and other provisions that may affect your legal rights.
By participating in 4v4 Street Football Tournament (“Tournament”), you agree to comply with these Terms, including the Tournament Details, General Rules, and all applicable policies and laws. Your participation confirms your acceptance of these Terms.
You should also review our Privacy Statement, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.
Our online services are intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are between 16-18 years old (or under the legal age), you must review these Terms with your parent or guardian, and they must also agree to your participation.
The Organizer
The Tournament is organized and managed by Global Mice Organisation Limited (GMOLx), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its office at Aspin Commercial Tower, 51st Floor, Dubai, UAE (the “Organizer”). The Tournament is conducted with the official support of Dubai Sports Council.
Terms of Participating in the Tournament
Participation in the “4V4 Street Football” Tournament shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
The Tournament is a competitive football event for teams consisting of up to six (6) players: three (3) outfield players, one (1) goalkeeper, and two (2) substitutes. Rolling (flying) substitutions are permitted.
The Tournament is open to male youth aged 8-18 years from across the UAE and will host four (4) age groups; Under 18, Under 14, Under 11 and Under 9.
Participating teams should be accompanied by a coach, parent or guardian at all times.
All matches will be played outdoors at a designated public park in Dubai.
Each match will have a total duration of 12 minutes straight play, with no half time.
The Tournament will take place from October 2025 to May 2026, organized across three (3) terms on weekends as follows:
1st Term: October – November 2025
2nd Term: January – February 2026
3rd Term: April – May 2026
Participants may register with only one team per Tournament. Every team should have
Parents (or a parent) are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their child’s transportation to and from the venue, at their own cost and risk.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify match schedules, venues, or rules if required for safety, fairness, or organizational reasons.
Payment:
Participation in the tournament is free, however, each player must pay a flat fee of AED 100 to cover jerseys (2 official 4v4 jerseys per player).
Contact Details and Entry:
Participants must provide accurate contact details and notify the Organizer of any changes. The Organizer decides eligibility and may request proof of age or identity. Underage participants require written parental consent. Providing false or incomplete information may lead to disqualification.
Entries must be submitted before the deadline. Late, incomplete, altered, auto-generated, multiple, or otherwise invalid entries will not be accepted. The Organizer is not responsible for lost entries, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Disqualification:
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any team or player for failure to comply with these Terms, for cheating or unfair play, or for inappropriate conduct such as offensive language, violence, or discrimination. All disqualification decisions are final and binding.
Declaration and Undertaking:
I, we, hereby declare that we have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of participation in the 4V4 Street Football and agree to complying with the contents thereof.
I certify that my child is physically fit and I am not aware of injury, illness or other health related issues that would prevent or limit his/her ability to participate in football tournament.
I agree to assume all risks, expenses and take full responsibility for any injuries that may occur as a result of my child’s participation in this tournament.
I acknowledge the risk involved with this activity including, but not limited to, muscle tears, sprains, and other physical injuries.
I certify that my child’s participation is voluntary and I have been made aware of the risks.
I understand while participating in this tournament, my child may be photographed, and I agree to allow their photo, video, or film to potentially be used for marketing purposes by GMOLx and their partners, to promote the tournament.
I agree that GMOLx and its partners are not liable for the loss of any of my Child’s belongings during the academy
I acknowledge that my child must arrive on time for the tournament and wearing the tournament uniform
We hereby expressly and irrevocably release and discharge GMOLx from all liabilities of any kind whatsoever that may occur to our children in the course of practising the 4v4 Street Football Tournament except for cases of major fault or gross negligence which may be proven by a final court order to have been committed by GMOLx or their officers or subordinates.
Force Majeure:
The Organizer is not liable for any delay, change, suspension, or cancellation caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to war, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, legal changes, or government orders. In such cases, the Tournament may be modified, postponed, or canceled without liability.
General Terms:
The official language of the Tournament is English, with translations provided for convenience only unless required by law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
These Terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably; if not possible, they will be referred to the courts of the UAE unless mandatory local law applies otherwise.
